performed by highly trained, professional and courteous
staff, in a stylish, relaxing atmosphere and with the very
highest standards of client care. There is a treatment
designed to suit all clients and all client needs. |

| Booking Appointments |
|
We request
that you attempt to arrive 10 minutes prior to your
appointment time to enable you to relax and unwind before
your treatment. If it is your first visit and you are
booking for a treatment that is for 1 hour or more, a
deposit of 40% will be required upon booking. As a courtesy
to all our clients we recommend that appointment times are
adhered to as much as possible, late arrivals for
appointments may mean that we are unable to fulfil your full
treatment requirements. |

| Cancellation Policy |

If you are
unable to attend your appointment, we request that you
inform us 24 hours prior to your treatment time a 25% charge
may be incurred if this is not adhered to. |

| Consultations |
|
Consultations for all treatments are free of charge, and on
your first visit a complete confidential consultation form
will be required to be completed, your therapist will
discuss your needs and requirements and make sure your
treatments are tailored for you. |

| Payment |
|
We accept
most credit cards, debit cards and cash, unfortunately we
are unable to accept cheques. |

| Gift Vouchers |
|
Gift
vouchers can be purchased as money vouchers or treatment
vouchers, they are valid for 12 months from the date of
purchase and are redeemable on all treatments and products
other than any of the Ellipse IPL treatments. |

| Hygiene |
|
Salon
hygiene plays a very important part at Skin Deep Beauty
Salon, we only use disposable needles for electrolysis,
and all our equipment is sterilised regularly, we also have
a health & safety policy in place. |

| Mobile Phones |
|
Skin Deep
Beauty Salon is designed to be a calm and peaceful salon for
all clients, so in order for us to achieve this we would
request that mobile phones are switched off for the period
that you are at the salon. |
